When trying your hair accessories on, please take special care. Please ensure that your make-up does not transfer on to the headband. If the product is marked by make-up, we are unable to accept the Return and will not issue a refund.
We’re not satisfied unless you’re 100% happy with your Giulio purchase. We will issue a refund on unused and unworn items (excluding earrings, unless faulty).
For a refund items must be unused, returned in the original packaging in a re-sellable condition and following:
(a) We must receive written confirmation via email (email@example.com) within 48 hours of receipt of the hair accessories, clothing or headband that you wish to make a return and receive a full refund. The reasons for this return must be clearly stated.
(b) We must receive the returned item within 14 days following our written acceptance via email of your return.
(c) The item must be returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK (guaranteeing Delivery before 1pm the Next Working Day after despatch), and via international registered post outside of the UK, with a signature required. The cost of this postage must be paid by you.
(d) The returned item must be unworn, entirely in its’ original condition and packed carefully in its’ original packaging.
(e) TO RETURN AN ITEM: We advise that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept returns unless signed for by a member of Giulio Accessories. Return to: 32 Crabtree Lane, SW6 6LN, London, UK. Please contact us and we will send you a return form via email to fill and place in the packaging along with the items you wish to send back.
(f) We do not take any responsibility for returned items that are not received and request that you contact Royal Mail or your alternative delivery company if outside of the UK, directly.
