Shipping & Returns

All orders, including International, are sent via Royal Mail's Signed For service.
Please ensure someone is at your address to sign for the order. 
Free UK Standard and International delivery on orders over £40 will be applied automatically at checkout.
We do not take responsibility for orders left outside the address when the customer is not in to sign for them.
We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if your order is placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed on a weekend will be dispatched on Monday.
Please note prices are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes.  
Outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all customs charges.
 Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling.

    There may be delays during promotional periods, sales and over holiday seasons. 
     
    RETURNS
    We’re not satisfied unless you’re 100% happy with your Giulio purchase. We will issue a refund on unused and unworn items (excluding earrings, unless faulty) returned within 14 days of purchase. You will need to cover the costs of postage for returns, but if the product is faulty we will refund the postage to you. Please ensure you get proof of postage.
    We’ll give you a full refund within 14 days of receiving your return, by the same method you used to pay.
    TO RETURN AN ITEM: We advise that all returns are sent via Recorded Delivery, as we are unable to accept returns unless signed for by a member of Giulio Accessories. Return to: 32 Crabtree Lane, SW6 6LN, London, UK.  Please contact us and we will send you a return form via email to fill and place in the packaging along with the items you wish to send back.
